What you need to know

The denture is a removable prosthesis that partially or completely replaces natural teeth.
Depending on your dentition, the dental surgeon will offer you a complete or partial model.
The role of the complete resin denture is to replace all the teeth either on the top, bottom, or both. It should be noted that this type of complete dental prosthesis can move in patients with little bone relief in the jaw.
Partial denture with rigid metal frame is considered when only one or more teeth are missing. It is a removable but partial prosthesis, which means that it will be supported by the gums and the remaining teeth. The partial denture is attached with the help of hooks.
Removable or partial dental prosthesis is indicated in the event of a dental disruption (accidental, or following a disease: periodontitis, cavities), more particularly in the elderly patient. Removable dental prosthesis can be indicated in the event of a general health problem of the patient (heart disease), bone deficit.

• Sleep with The prostheses on The first night.
• The first morning: remove them to rinse and brush them with clean water only, taking care to put them back in your mouth quickly.
• The second night: Sleep with The prostheses.
• The second morning: remove them again to rinse and brush them with clean water only, taking either to put them back in your mouth quickly.
• On the third night and every night thereafter: remove The prostheses and soak them in a cleaning solution provided for this purpose.
