A prior consultation before this procedure allows the patient to discuss her motivations with the surgeon.
The day before the session, the patient should shave at home or in a hotel. A red betadine wash will necessarily be carried out the day before and the morning of the operation. Genital herpes outbreaks, penile dermatological conditions or urinary tract infections must be detected and treated before performing the procedure.
EMLA anesthetic cream will be applied 30 minutes before the session on the anterior wall of the vagina.
Avoid taking aspirin and anti-inflammatory medication for 3 days before the injection.
It is not necessary to fast, but alcohol is not recommended the day before and on the day of the injection.
Hyaluronic acid is injected directly into the G-spot, which is previously identified by palpation. It is injected with a very fine needle, a perfectly painless procedure after the application of local anaesthesia.
